Dear Mr Grimshaw I felt I needed to write to you to express how impressed I have been with the help and assistance that I have received from Fiducia. Rebecca has dealt with my many questions with an extremely polite and helpful attitude (that unfortunately, is increasingly rare in this day and age)! I have found her to be very professional and although there have been problems with my mortgage request; I had no doubt that they would be resolved in Rebecca’s capable hands. Her pleasant and calming manner would make any client feel at ease. If all your staff are vetted and trained to her high standards, than I will not have any concerns regarding my transaction proceeding smoothly.

Apologies for the delay in writing to you on the above but unfortunately having to move office temporary until my new one was built has proven to be a nightmare to say the least. I have now developed a nervous twitch every time I get close to a builder!!

Anyhow can I just say a big THANKYOU for your professional and determined effort in placing this commercial loan, particularly when the clients own favoured Bank had to admit defeat and walk away. When they came to me they were desperate in this vacuum of 'no can do' from other financial outlets not prepared or capable of thinking outside the box so to speak. Their dream of expanding their business was melting away.

As you know it took several attempts to get this to a satisfactory conclusion and in the process you impressed my client on your personal approach in keeping them informed even outside normal working hours, irrespective of it being good or not so good news.

On my part you excelled where others failed, sourcing the market to meet my client’s needs. In doing so you gave me the confidence to place my client in your control and maintain a high standard so that they became more appreciative of the diversity that us Openwork advisers have at our disposal.

As a result, this very large commercial loan, successfully placed, hopefully will be protected soon also using Openwork resources, and this has been enhanced by your initial involvement. Thanks once again and I hope we can do business again in the future.
