Key Facts 1. Whose products do we offer? We offer commercial lending products sourced from the whole market. 2. Which service will we provide you with? We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs. 3. What will you have to pay us for our services? We offer an initial discussion without charge when we will describe our services more fully and explain the payment options. If you decide to go ahead we will gather and analyse information about you and your business; your finances, needs and objectives. A non refundable engagement fee of £750 for deals up to £1million and £1250 for deals over £1million increasing by £1250 for each additional £1million, is payable in all cases. This fee is set against the broker fee. A broker fee of 1.25% increasing to 2.5% dependent upon complexity, minimum £1500. This is reduced by the amount of the Engagement Fee already paid. This fee is taken on application and passed on issue of an Offer Letter or credit approved Indicative Terms. (subject to Terms and Coditions) We may also receive commission from the lender. Your Offer Letter from the Lender will set out fees and costs associated with their products. Refund of Fees Processing and Engagement fee We will consider a refund of the processing or engagement fee in full if we are unable to provide you with an offer of finance, provided that all material facts were initially disclosed and requested information is provided. Broker fee A refund of 50% is given if the agreed advance does not conclude, at the discretion of Fiducia Commercial Solutions 4. Who regulates us? The commercial lending market is currently not regulated. However, this firm is a member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers and adheres to their Code of Practice. Further remedies are set out in the NACFB Code of Practice. 6. Terms of Business - our dealings with you If any material interest or conflict of interest should arise in business that we are arranging for you, we will let you know and ask for your consent before we carry out your instructions.
